Cookies and analytics. This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referring site, device type). It does not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting tags, and we do not sell or share visitor data for advertising. You may block cookies in your browser; the site will still work. Any personal information you voluntarily submit through a form is used only to respond to your inquiry.

SMS and text messaging terms. Vivid Mortgages, Inc. (Company NMLS #1279925) operates one text messaging program, called Vivid Mortgages Text Updates, for people who contact us about a mortgage. You join it only by entering your phone number on one of our website forms and actively checking a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, or of receiving a quote or mortgage.

Messages on that program are follow-ups on your inquiry, mortgage education and promotional information about the loan programs we arrange and preapproval opportunities, appointment reminders, and application and loan-status updates, plus replies to questions you text us. Promotional texts go only to people who agreed to the current consent disclosure; if you agreed to an earlier version covering informational texts only, you will not receive promotional texts unless you opt in again. Our texts never quote interest rates, APRs or payment figures. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop all further texts, or reply HELP for support information.
